It’s been awhile since my last post, life is filled with all sorts of bits and pieces at the moment that seem to interfere with my creativeness! All I have to show for myself is a few Tis the Season stitcheries…
I have decided that while I enjoy doing these stitcheries that I will only do 5 of them and make a runner for my hutch, that way I might actually finish something instead of relegating it to the UFO pile!
I think the ‘Bliss’ range of fabrics has to be one of my favourites…
I have been using the Cosmo threads(Marble – Col No. 46) and they are very nice to stitch with.
I made one stitchery (using Col no. 8054) but it just doesn’t sing like the others, I think it would look better if I had some of the blue ‘Bliss’ range, but I haven’t got any;o( so I will just continue on using the red…
The mailman was very kind to me during the week, a lovely squishy parcel arrived with a ‘Buttercup’ jellyroll…
And 5 metres of just plain white…

your stitcheries are lovely. I have written down the colour of your thread as it looks great.
What beautiful fabric from the Fat Quarter Shop. What are you making out of it????
Love the stitcheries so cute and look forward to seeing what you do it the jelly rolls. Life dose get in the way some times of things we would rather be doing .

I actually stopped on my Tis the Season too. I didn't stitch them all up but I think I'm done. I am not sure why...just a list to do as well!
