The sun came out from hiding yesterday so I took advantage of it and went outside to take some photo’s of my latest finish and another UFO to cross off the list…
I am really pleased with how it’s turned out…
It’s a Natalie Bird Design…
The fabrics were from a pack of 1/8’s I bought from Grandmothers Garden several years ago…
A few post ago I mentioned that I had claimed an old rusty tool box from my DH, it was used to store tools for fencing and stuff but I think I have put it too much better use;o)…
Last weekend I bought the trellis and DH attached it for me, it’s given the old woodshed a whole new look! At the moment the box is filled with daffodils for a lovely spring display until I decide what I want to grow up the trellis, a rose? or a geranium?, perhaps a clematis? Decisions decisions…

Your stitching in the wall halling is lovley.
Yep Much better use for the tool box. the daffies will look gorgeous when they bloom.
Your wallhanging is beautiful Michelle! I love the planter box, we used to have one like that and we kept all the halters and leads etc for the cattle for the A & P shows in it. I think yours will look much brighter in spring than ours did - the daffodils will be so pretty!
Love your wallhanging Michelle, it looks fabulous. What a great idea for your daffodil bulbs. What about a smelly runner like a honeysuckle or jasmine??
Stitching looks fab Michelle, the colours look great! What about sweetpeas to grow up your shed, they will love the heat from the iron!
Happy stitching, Michelle.
I loved seeing your wallhanging - the stitching is so pretty. What a perfect place to plant a climber - I would probably plant a rose or a clematis, but really any flowers growing there would look lovely!
Have a great week ahead.
