Happy Valentines Day!… Hope you are having a wonderful day… I received these lovely flowers from my husband this morning :OD And in return I am cooking a roast lamb for dinner!
I am happily appliquéing away on my Dresden plates…
I found this pretty pin dot fabric(the background fabric) in my stash and promptly ordered some more, I think it is perfect! And I have finished the binding on this free BOM Stitchery from Gail Pan Designs…
The weather this summer has been weird… it has rained quite a lot… and hasn’t been the warmest of summers… we are still sort of waiting for summer to come…today is warm though… and the garden is loving it… Just look at our pumpkin patch…
I have started adding more plants to encourage the bees to come and visit…
Stefan has started building a frame for the swing seat he made when we were at our old house (see my profile photo) it will be nice to sit and relax in it again…
I came across this website the other day and thought others might be interested too… I know I will be ordering a couple of things from HERE…
This post has become rather disjointed but before I sign off… What do you think of the photo’s? I am trying out several new(to me) free photo editing sites… I am curious do you have a favourite you use?
Keep smiling…
Michelle

Love the photos :) summer has been miserable! Wow! What an awesome pumpkin patch.
Happy Valentine's Day to you both, enjoy that dinner. Al is cooking this evening ;-)
I use Picasa for my photos as it's easy to make smaller versions to add to blogs. Your pumpkin patch looks awesome and I love the borage - if you get any summer you can add the flowers to a nice glass of Pimm's!!
Lovely flowers and I hope you enjoy your dinner togehther.
Your photos look great with the special effects.
I had to laugh at myself this morning...I am reading your blog and looking at the pics, adn I am thinking "is this an old post?" Summer??? Then I remembered you are "down under". LOL!!! Love the photo treatments..is that a software thing?? Laurel
