June KHS…

Hello… yes I am still here, it’s been a while since I last blogged, I haven’t really felt inspired to blog lately, too many other things needing my attention ;O ) I have been doing a little bit of knitting, I think because knitting just feels like a winter time thing to do!

Yesterday was our KHS day for June, we had extra time this month to create our bags…

This is Claire’s bag, made out of doily’s simple and very sweet! Next we have Nicky’s cute bag…

And my Mums bag…

I’m sure you can guess what she is going to use hers for…;O) And here is my bag…

that I gifted to my lovely Mum… just because! I also popped a cook book inside as an extra surprise… ;O) Mum was the hostess for the day, for lunch we had a yummy pumpkin soup, bread with garlic butter, crackers and homemade dip… delicious! Thanks Mum :O) The other Michelle sadly couldn’t join us but if you head over HERE you will be able to see the bag she made, it’s beautiful.

Friday was also the last day of the term, Yay!  Two weeks of school holidays, I have plans to get lot’s accomplished(as always) but our cows have decided they have other plans for me… they have started calving early! Argh… I am so not ready yet, we normally don’t start calving for another couple of weeks!!! Fun fun fun….not!

Well that’s me for now,

Hugs and Blessings

Michelle

Fabulous fun!! The bags are all so great. Love your Mt Taranaki pics (next post!) - they bring back some memories - but I am hoping that calves will remain memories for us for a few more weeks... although we've got in the shavings...!
