Pinnie Pigs!

Are you wondering where I’m going with this weird title??? Well today was our monthly Kindred Heart Stitchers day At Claire’s and she dubbed as all her Pinnie Pigs for the day. She had chosen all her recipes form ‘Pinterest’ hence the Pinnie instead of Guinea… and guess what I forgot to take photo’s of it all! She made her favourite bread recipe(this one didn’t come from Pinterest) and a delicious hot and spicy dip, I must say I went back for a few too many servings as I had trouble fitting in lunch! A yummy pie with mushrooms, asparagus, bacon etc and a cucumber salad in a jar. Oh and I mustn't forget the apple juice… amazing! Please forgive the photo quality but all the photo’s were taken on my phone (my camera had a flat battery…)

This month’s challenge was ‘Birds’ Nicky found this bird cage at a local Op shop and decorated it so beautifully…

I really like that green!!! Me umm I forgot to take photo’s of what I made…duh! But for each of the girls this year I have made them bunting, so I’m sure Nicky already knew what she was getting from me ;O) I made Nicky’s out of doilies hand dyed in Parisian essence. I will take a photo of my other projects when I’ve charged my camera batteries!

A few posts ago I posted a photo of Claire’s messy room… well it has since had a major transformation! So here’s the before picture again…

Hello Michelle,

Pinnie Pigs you are so clever, love all the different things that were made this time around. I too noticed that wonderful quilt in the first photo. That rolling pin is stunning.

Happy days.
