I have found some time to tinker this week, I wanted a new way to display some of my old/new pretty plates, what do you think?
Miss Ruffles and Mr M are still away on their adventures, the Jester is trying his best to make up for their absence… or maybe it’s just third child syndrome and he’s actually getting a chance to express himself, Lol Either way his antics are quite entertaining!
We had a surprise visit from Stefan’s sister and bro n law on Wednesday all the way from Perth… well it was kind of a surprise we knew they had arrived in the ‘Naki’ hours before they arrived at our house thanks to a certain someone via a txt message to Miss Ruffles, Lol What did we do before technology?… But it was so wonderful to see them, we had a lovely catch up over lunch and will have a family dinner this weekend…
Friday morning I slept in… late! I am so not used to late nights anymore…Thursday night I met a new friend(Hi Nicole!) at Nicky’s who also happens to be my neighbour! We chatted and stitched/glued/knitted and ate until the very early hours of Friday morning, we didn’t realise it was so late, honest!!!
Today’s plans are to get some housework done and then head on over to the new school for a working bee…we are also getting a little excited only a week to go before we leave on our little family holiday adventure to the South Island… :O)
